職務目的

少人数で高い責任を持つチームに参加し、プロダクションソフトウェアを構築します。フルスタックの機能を開発・提供し、日本語プロンプトワークフローに貢献し、Microsoftベースのエンタープライズ環境へのマルチエージェント機能統合を支援します。本ポジションは、鉱業分野の主要ステークホルダーに対し、測定可能で実用的な成果を出したいチャレンジ精神のある人材に適しています。

業務内容

• モダンなフロントエンド／バックエンドフレームワークを用いたフルスタック機能の開発・保守

• Azure、SharePoint、認証、RBAC、監査ログ等との統合を実装し、エンタープライズ要件に準拠

• 条項抽出、逸脱検知、義務登録、文書分類、ナレッジ検索などの応用AI機能の開発

• 日本語プロンプトエンジニアリング、顧客受入基準に基づく評価、納品チェックリストへの対応

• 創業者と連携し、顧客オンボーディング（設定、データアクセス検証、ユーザー受入支援）を実施

• コードレビュー、テスト作成、ドキュメント整備

• 小〜中規模モジュールを設計からリリース、テレメトリまで一貫して担当

必要なスキル

• 実務経験0〜3年、または強力なポートフォリオ

• フロントエンドフレームワーク（例: React）またはバックエンド（例: Node.js、Python）のいずれかに習熟

• 基本的なクラウドスキル（Azure歓迎）

• SQLおよび追加1種類以上のデータストアに関する知識

• RESTful APIや統合パターンに関する理解

• 英語の読み書き必須。日本語での会話力歓迎。日本語ファーストのプロダクト環境に取り組む意欲

Junior full stack SWE

Company Overview

Wawasu is an applied AI consultancy and SaaS platform delivering contract intelligence, compliance automation, and knowledge systems for enterprise in Japan. The focus is mining and heavy industry. The platform is Japanese first, Microsoft native, and integrates with Azure and SharePoint for secure enterprise rollouts. Tokyo expansion and hiring are tied to live delivery for an anchor client with adjacent targets in the supplier ecosystem.

Role Purpose

Join a small, high ownership team building production software. You will ship full stack features for real client deployments, contribute to Japanese language prompt workflows, and help integrate multi agent capabilities into a Microsoft based enterprise environment. The role suits a go getter who wants measurable, real world impact for top tier mining sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack features for Wawasu’s platform using modern front end and back end frameworks.

• Implement integrations with Azure, SharePoint, identity, RBAC, and audit logging consistent with enterprise requirements.

• Contribute to applied AI features such as clause extraction, deviation detection, obligations register, document classification, and knowledge retrieval.

• Assist with Japanese language prompt engineering, evaluation against client acceptance criteria, and delivery checklists.

• Support client onboarding in collaboration with the founder, including configuration, data access validation, and user acceptance support.

• Participate in code reviews, write tests, and maintain clear documentation.

• Own small to medium scope modules end to end, from design notes through release and telemetry.

Required Skills

• 0 to 3 years of professional software experience or a strong portfolio.

• Competence with at least one front end framework (for example React) and/or one back end stack (for example Node.js or Python).

• Basic cloud skills. Azure proficiency preferred.

• SQL and one additional data store familiarity.

• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.

• Read and write English. Conversational Japanese preferred. Willingness to work in Japanese first product contexts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Azure Cognitive Search.

• Exposure to LLM or multi agent patterns in production.

• Enterprise security concepts such as SSO, RBAC, logging, export, and retention.
